The Deloitte Fitout at 550 Bourke st involved the Green Star rated fitout of levels 7 through 19 including executive floors and UPS server room. Starting from an empty shell our works comprised the complete Mechanical installation from the building core outwards including the following systems,
·Approximatley 280 VAV boxes with almost half of those having HHW coils
· In excess of 60 Water cooled Airconditioning Units
· Over 50 Duct mounted Supply/Exhaust Fans
· Supply and Return Air Duct distribution system complete with Swirl type air diffusers
· Kitchen Exhaust and Make-up air system
· Heat Recovery system to executive floors
· In excess of 4000m of insulated Heating Hot Water Pipework
· DDC Controls System
