A comprehensive database for each project is custom designed to suit the requirements of each individual project to enable spare parts to be ordered and forwarded to anywhere worldwide.
Working closely with international suppliers we are able to source parts for any equipment from any manufacturer.
Commissioning
To meet the demand of our clients, NSV also established a dedicated department to manage commissioning, installation, service, maintenance contracts and parts orders.
We have dedicated engineers that take on the responsibility of, or assist in, the commissioning of our units and instruct on the operation and maintenance. Our engineers' experience also means we can service and maintain any type of refrigeration equipment from any manufacturer.
Maintenance and Servicing
To meet the demand of our clients NSV established a dedicated department to manage commissioning, installation, service, maintenance contracts and parts orders.
Our experienced, dedicated personnel are utilised to carry out maintenance and service works on site onshore/offshore for international projects on a global scale.
Maintenance contracts can vary from a basic maintenance plan through to a full "Health Care" plan, which includes:
A basic maintenance plan.Emergency call out plus breakdown repair.Spare parts inventory owned, maintained, replaced and shipped by NSV plus spare parts for emergency call out and breakdown provided at no extra cost.
Installation

Within our workforce we have a vast range of timed served personnel that have worked on all types of installations and sites. With such experience installation of HVAC systems can be undertaken in an efficient, professional manner with full awareness of health and safety procedures, operational requirements and deadline management. Our engineers can co-ordinate with other on site companies to ensure a smooth and successful installation.
Surveys

Every system has different requirements, and to assess the unique requirements NSV can call upon design engineers, project engineers, refrigerant engineers, electrical engineers, system engineers and installation specialists to ensure the survey is full, accurate and the ideal basis for the design of new or replacement equipment.
