Description - The sustainable mixed use development will comprise of a 17 storey office tower connected to three levels of exciting high end retail bringing activity and vibrancy to Perth’s CBD. The office tower is designed to achieve a 4 star “Best Practice” Green Star rating and a 4.5 ABGR rating is targeted for the base building. Sustainable design features include a cross over core designed for maximum tenant flexibly, use of high performance external glazing set to reduce energy consumption whilst still encouraging the penetration of natural day light into the building and projecting sunshades to Northern facades to enhance energy performance all year round.
