D&E was involved in the development of this new, multi-level 4.5 star ABGR accredited commercial office tower with combined retail area and car park. We provided all mechanical services for the building, including the installation of three water-cooled and two air-cooled chillers, pipe work and valves, gas-fired heating hot water boiler and chilled-water air handling units, plus mechanical ventilation systems for the entire complex.
